can suggest sms api because working on application able notify members via sms.

can suggest programming language used google applications.

twilo offers pragmatic , easy use sms , calls api multitude of languages (python included). if working google, recommend python because have number of tutorials , resources particular language.

google app engine has lot of support python , django including standard issue documentation, code examples, tutorials , google i/o videos guido von rossum (the author , bdfl of python). works @ google , has interacted intimately google app engine team.

java - Output of Eclipse is rubbish -

i want write program in eclipse language different english. when display output using system.out program, displays output correctly in console editor. when accept input console , output it, output rubbish. how can solve it. many thnaks i'm not sure if problem, have character encoding problem. make sure you're using unicode, utf-8. you can read more @ official docs converting non-unicode text .
