reportingservices 2005 - SSRS Subscription Permissions -

i can't find online wondering if knew here.

is ssrs 2005 if user creates subscription, other users able view , edit subsciptions? if not, possible make subsciriptions visible everyone?

thanks

quick answer no.

long answer is:

afaik, there no site-wide subscription management functionality. best can within report manager site-wide schedule management, allows admins set schedules @ preferred times , let users choose schedules when creating subscriptions.

our solution controlling/centralising subscriptions set generic windows user, log in report manager , use user create subscriptions. means requests subscriptions go through department (+ or - depends on situation. didn't want users creating subscriptions themselves). users know generic username/password can manage subscriptions in 1 place. not ideal works us.

another option data subscriptions held on server, either in reporting services database or in jobs themselves. if brave can delve in , set sort of interface access this.

this area in find ssrs lacking.

update:

you live , learn. i've found (provided have sufficient privileges) if open report, go subscriptions tab, can view , edit subscriptions set on report user. still not ideal don't overview of subscriptions across system better bleak picture painted previously!
