windows phone 7 - Buttons on ApplicationBar (WP7) -


if open settings of wifi , choose network see password textbox , buttons (not icons) in applicationbar. how made? kind of applicationbar template? or border control, how show border above sip(keyboard)? ideas how make same thing?enter image description here

what describing not created using silverlight (all "hero" applications done in c++) , therefore not limited current sl feature set.

in relation actual question, not possible template applicationbar nor possible determine when sip displayed (or height is).

in short, i'd stick icons if want application work across devices.

c++ - Is it possible to compile a VST on linux? -

i'm sure question has been asked thousand times, had trouble finding answer understand or use anywhere. in project, need use sql class , other misc classes, in alot of classes. i'm qurious know what's best way performance wise pass objects. should pass objects classes construct reference? class myclass { private $_link; function __construct(&$db) { $this->_link =& $db; } } or value.. class myclass { private $_link; function __construct($db) { $this->_link = $db; } } or create new object? class myclass { private $_link; function __construct() { $this->_link = new db(); } } if using php5+, in cases, objects passed reference default.
