Android: slow application -


in app there 5 spinners, each populated contacts of phone. when run app main acitivity opens slow other applications have created. there button serves saving names selected in spinners in shared preferences.

the code 570 lines long , spinners contain around 60-80 contacts. slow when around 300 lines, think has spinners. strange, though.

does know why slow?
